  • Do you do restocks?
    All our items are one of one, therefore they cannot be restocked; however, we restock our selections constantly, with pieces with similar styling. You can stay notified by following us on social media.
  • Are all of your clothes preowned?
    Majority of our clothes are preowned, having said this some of the pieces are brand new as well. We take pride in giving old forgotten clothes new life by reconstruing them into art. All the details about a clothing article can be found in the description on the bottom of the product page.
  • Do you do offer COD?
    Damaged Item does not offer COD as of yet.
  • Why does the garment I received have a different size tag than the measurements on the listing?
    Due to the transient nature of clothing, the tagged size does not correspond to the correct size. We offer measurements for all of our garments listed on the Damaged Item site to ensure accurate size recommendations. Due to the passing of time, a garment may have shrank, changed in color, been altered, etc. These elements contribute to what we love most about vintage clothing. Please check each measurement on the site before purchasing. If you have any questions please reach out to the team.
  • Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
    No Damaged Item is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that your package is lost, please notify our team immediately using this CONTACT US link so that we can file a claim with the the correct shipping carrier.
  • I received the wrong item in my order what should I do?
    Please contact support using the CONTACT US link, with your order number with details that pertain to your situation so that the team may look into the matter.
  • Do you have a store location?
    Damaged Item does not have a physical store yet, we offer our products only on our website and Instagram page.
  • How long does the item take to get delivered?
    Post payment, it takes us 2-3 days to ship the item and then it takes an additional 5-7 working days for the item to reach you. If you need an item on an expedited shipping, it might charge extra and for that request kindly reach out to us using out CONTACT US page.
  • What if the product doesn’t fit me?
    We take immense care and precision in sizing our items, hence no return on basis of sizing is accepted. We’d request you to please double check the size mentioned, before making a purchase.
  • How do I return an item?
    We do not offer return for the sold items. Having said this in unusual circumstances such as the ones mentioned below, please reach out to us using out CONTACT US page: 1. Major defect or damaged that wasn’t mentioned in the product description 2. You received a totally different item than the one you ordered.
  • How long does the refund take?
    Once your return is accepted and the item reached us, we check it, confirm the return and process a refund. This entire process might take as long as 2 weeks.
